REFORMER ATHLETIC 2.0

Lift is located in the PT Gym with a maximum of 10 clients with our Personal Trainer. Lift is designed to complement your Pilates practice by building strength, power, and resilience throughout the body. This guided strength training session focuses on controlled resistance exercises that improve muscle tone, support bone health, and enhance functional movement for everyday life.
