INSTRUCTOR/FOUNDER
CANDY NICHOLLS
Candy is a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor with a passion for movement, health, and wellness. As a former semi-professional telemark skier, she honed her skills in strength, balance, and endurance—qualities that also guide her as a mother of 4. With years of experience as an ICU and ER nurse, Candy brings a deep understanding of the human body and a commitment to helping others heal and thrive. Her expertise in Pilates allows her to blend athletic performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, empowering clients to build strength, mobility, and resilience in all aspects of life.

INSTRUCTOR
EMILY SUMMERS
Emily is a Balanced Body–trained Pilates instructor and the head physical therapy aide at Valley Physical Therapy. With a degree in Exercise Science and extensive hands-on experience in patient care, she blends movement expertise with a supportive, client-centered teaching style.
Emily is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve alignment, and move with confidence. Whether guiding clients through individualized Pilates programs or supporting their recovery in the clinic, Emily creates an encouraging, positive environment where every person feels empowered and supported. She is committed to helping you discover your potential, build strength, and enjoy movement again.

INSTRUCTOR
KAREN FROERER
Karen brings a lifelong love of movement to Valley Pilates. A former BYU gymnast, Karen has an extensive athletic background that shapes her thoughtful, strength-focused approach to Pilates. She is a Balance Body–trained Pilates instructor who enjoys helping clients build stability, confidence, and resilience through intentional movement. As a mother and all-around athlete, Karen understands the demands of real life and creates workouts that are both challenging and accessible, supporting strong, healthy movement at every stage.

INSTRUCTOR
KRISHA FROERER
Krisha discovered her love for Pilates 6 years ago during the first class she attended. With a degree in Human Development and a background as a Tumbling Coach and former USU Stunt Team athlete, she brings both experience and genuine love of people to her teaching at Valley Pilates. Balanced Body trained, Krisha is dedicated to healing clients move with intention, building strength and balance from the core outward. Her teaching style blends mindful movement with an athletic touch, while creating a fun, welcoming, and inclusive space. Krisha is excited to be a part of the Valley Pilates community!

GENIE TAYLOR
Geneviève is a nationally certified Pilates instructor and wellness educator with over 20 years of experience supporting mindful, confident movement in her own Pilates Studio in California. A former competitive swimmer, she developed an appreciation for strength, discipline, and body awareness that continues to influence her teaching today. She holds a B.S. in Lifestyle Management with an emphasis in Nutrition and Fitness from Weber State. She thoughtfully blends Pilates strength and mobility with nervous system awareness and holistic wellness practices, helping clients feel strong, balanced, and deeply connected to their bodies.

HEIDI WILLSON
Heidi is a Balance Body–trained Pilates instructor who brings energy, artistry, and heart to every class she teaches. With years of experience in dance, group exercise, and Mat Pilates, she has a natural ability to blend strength, grace, and precision into thoughtfully designed workouts. Her background in dance shines through in her fluid cueing and attention to alignment, helping clients move with both confidence and control.
More than anything, Heidi is known for her kindness. She creates a space where everyone feels welcome, seen, and supported—no matter their experience level. Passionate about promoting love, acceptance, and body positivity, Heidi empowers her clients to build strength from the inside out while celebrating what their bodies can do.

DANIELLE WHITE
Danielle White is a Pilates instructor and certified personal trainer with over 20 years in the health and wellness industry. She began teaching Pilates in 2006–2007 and is certified through the Pilates Method Alliance. A lifelong athlete and mom of two, Danielle brings an athletic, strength-forward approach to Pilates—blending precision, alignment, and real-world strength to help clients move better and feel powerful in their bodies.
For Danielle, Pilates is more than a workout—it’s the practice that changed the game. Learning to truly connect with her body transformed her athletic performance and her everyday life, and that same mind-body connection is what she teaches in every session. Her purpose is to help clients rebuild trust with their bodies, train with confidence, and leave feeling supported, capable, and strong from the inside out.
